The actualization of scientists' attention to the axiological problems education is connected with understanding that positive changes in society indirectly depend on same system. main criterion these training future teachers from standpoint awareness realities modern world. value orientations individual are diverse and depend, one hand, content values, chosen by individual, other – degree assimilation values. Universal values at heart a teacher, as representative society, must have an appropriate orientation them. After all, special role general system professional given pedagogical practice, because, we know, most successful formation personality specialist occurs activities close her/his profession. Therefore, today important task teaching extracurricular higher teacher; this will create basis for enriching inner spiritual potential applicants purpose article process technology during practice. research methods. In course scientific methods were used: theoretical: analysis (comparative, systemic, inductive, deductive); synthesis (general scientific, interdisciplinary, interdisciplinary); classification, systematization, generalization; empirical: studying results students' analyzing student documentation discussion. conditions their psychological considered.
